Our vegan/vegetarian meals are prepared with great care and with loving reverence for God and the bounty of Mother Earth, making each dish healthy, delicious, and uplifting. As much as possible, our ingredients come from our own organic garden or are locally-sourced, so you'll get the highest quality right from the start.
If we serve any dairy or use it in our recipes, it's important to us that our dairy is cruelty-free. That's why the only dairy we use comes from our own 'happy cows' that we love and care for ourselves, and who will be with us their entire lives.
Even beyond the ingredients, we prepare each meal with an attitude of loving service (and most of the time in silence). Although each meal might look simple, it's the love that makes the food so special.
Our health concerns extend to the foods we serve as well. For example, since we are a vegetarian/vegan facility, we use no meat products, nor are meat or egg products allowed to be brought in by outside caterers. In addition, we kindly ask you not to bring any meat- or egg-containing foods into your room.
The dining hall serves three vegan meals per day. Open hours:
- Mon to Fri 08:30 - 09:15
- Sat 08:30 - 09:30
- Sun 08:30 - 09:15
- Lunch: 13:00 - 13:45
- Dinner: 19:30 - 20:15

- Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 12:45 (closed for lunch); 13:30 - 18:00
- Sunday: 11:00 - 12:45 (closed for lunch) 13:30 - 18:00
When hunger strikes beyond our open hours, we have a convenient vending machine open 24/7 with chips, pretzels, fruit bars, sweets, juices, hot drinks and soup.
