Yoga & Meditation
Simply Meditation

The key signature of Simply Meditation is in the name. It is a simple practice that is flexible enough to fit into even the busiest days. Through a 10-15 minute daily practice of mantra-affirmation meditation, pranayamas, mudras, and visualisation meditation you can transform your life into one of inner peace, love, and calmness.
Give yourself the gift of dropping into the stillness of your heart every day and finding inner love with Simply Meditation.
OM Chanting

OM is the primordial vibration, the basis of all sounds and the source of all creation. OM Chanting is a group practice utilising the divine vibration of OM for the upliftment of Mother Earth and humankind. The energy expands from the middle of the circle for a radius of two kilometres, purifying and uplifting everything in its path.
With the Grace of Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji, OM Chanting allows us to be part of bringing a positive change to ourselves and everything around us.
Babaji Surya Namaskar

Babaji’s Surya Namaskar uniquely combines movement, mantra, breath and awareness of the Divinity inherent to the human body. It is a moving prayer that merges reverence and awareness of the Divine with an ancient set of yoga asanas (postures).
As daily practice takes root in the core of your body, thinking subsides and your movements become a soft, conscious expression of inner strength. When the practice is done with love and awareness, every posture becomes a prayer of gratitude for life itself.
Japa Walk

A Japa Walk is a moving meditation. The technique is simple: chant Om Namo Narayanaya or any other Divine Name while you walk, keeping rhythm with the mantra itself. Allow yourself to enjoy the outer beauty of your surroundings and the inner beauty of chanting the Divine Name with this relaxing and grounding practice.
Whether it is in nature or the city, japa walks are a great way to calm the mind, relax the body, and become more and more aware of the divine presence all around you.
Project Mantra

Used for millennia by every spiritual tradition, mantras are the predecessors of modern-day affirmations. Experience the power of the Divine Name by chanting it daily over the course of 40 days with Project Mantra.
It is perfect for beginners who want a simple, effective tool to quiet the mind, open the heart, and create a positive habit of connecting with the Divine on a daily basis. Project Mantra is available to all of us seeking to bring meditation and spiritual practices into our lives. (And yes, this includes children too!)
Mudra

The word ‘mudra’ comes from the Sanskrit ‘mudravay’: ‘mud’ means delight or happiness and ‘dravay’ means to draw forth.
By placing the fingers in certain positions, we affect and direct the elements in our body towards a certain goal. In our courses you will learn mudras for calming the mind, grounding yourself, opening the heart to love, becoming more positive, and many more. Simple to learn and easy to use, mudras are great for beginners and advanced meditation practitioners alike.

Bhagavad Gita - Ancient Wisdom for modern times

In the age of social media and technology it becomes very difficult to be fully present in the moment. When we are not fully present, we loose focus and concentration in our daily jobs and relationships, which result in emotional stress, anxiety and pressure.
The Bhagavad Gita helps us to find meaning and purpose in life by being in the present moment. In the course we gain a deeper understanding of how to be in the present moment, build stronger relationships, enhance creativity, increase focus and concentration, and find meaning & purpose in life.
The course will be lead by Rishi Chidananda. Before becoming a monk, he worked in the field of Finance, as a successful Investment Banker, and is able to teach topics such as external and internal impermanence, the nature of change, positive psychology and performing action with detachment in a relatable way.
